說(shuō)起 Punk IPA，就不能不提 Brewdog，作為07年在蘇格蘭成立的 Microbrewery，創(chuàng)始人是 James Watt、Martin Dickie （如果沒(méi)記錯(cuò)似乎還有一條狗），這家酒廠充滿了反叛和朋克精神，叛逆是 Brewdog 品牌中最濃重的符號(hào)。James 前不久剛剛來(lái)過(guò)上海推廣，釀酒狗越來(lái)越國(guó)際化了。
作為 Brewdog 的當(dāng)家花旦，Punk IPA 是一款典型的美式 Pale Ale（或英國(guó)式，好吧，我對(duì)風(fēng)格沒(méi)那么敏感）。倒入杯子琥珀色的酒液散發(fā)著淡淡地香氣，小酌一口立刻能體會(huì)到清爽的口感，帶有陳皮，柚子的香味，感覺(jué)不那么粘稠，苦度不高，入口時(shí)略有感受，回味的甜度非常克制，適合精釀啤酒入門者飲用。不只一個(gè)人和我說(shuō)換包裝后的 Punk 沒(méi)有老款好，沒(méi)喝過(guò)老款不好評(píng)價(jià)，但新款的小清新很抓得住年輕人，作為有10年經(jīng)驗(yàn)的老酒廠在口味上一定有自己對(duì)市場(chǎng)的理解和考量。
Punk IPA 適合做常備的口糧酒，休閑時(shí)可以隨時(shí)來(lái)一支。
邊寫酒評(píng)邊小酌一口，對(duì)著酒瓶又看到那段經(jīng)典的話：
It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to appreciate the depth,character and quality of this premium craft brewed beer.
You probably don't even care that this rebellious little beer contains no preservatives or additives and uses only the finest fresh natural ingredients.
Just go back to drinking your mass marketed , bland, cheaply made watered down lager, and close the door behind you.
