this 2016-2017 last batch has some organic honey being used in the process, other ones dont have. By far the best Oude Geuze out there. lovely quirky, citrusy aroma. lots of hay, funk, medium sour. Glad to have loads of bottles ! Thanks Armand, for keeping creating these products.
small advice to Chinese : 3f does NOT export to China. so bottles in China can be stored in poor conditions ??

心心念念的三泉，酒體呈深黃色。香檳什么的，顏色上來說重的多吧。開瓶氣體感還是很足的，泡沫不豐富不持久。瓶子底還是比較渾濁的，底子真可以沾餃子了。到也不是酸倒牙那種，來的很舒服也比較有層次感。大瓶兩人喝起來還是壓力挺大的，冬天喝用來醒酒不錯，夏天喝這個真的太舒服。夏天再入一手看怎么說，好產品強推。

三泉 老貴茲 （香檳 阿爾芒和蓋斯頓））
3 fonteinen oude geuze（Cuvée Armand & Gaston）750ml 瓶裝
色 淡淡的琥珀色 略有渾濁 米色泡沫豐富 持續時間長 掛壁持久
香 谷倉味 皮革味 馬味 木頭味 蘋果和柑橘的酸味
口感 酒體中等偏輕 殺口感偏弱 無酒精溫暖感
味 入口野菌那種特有的帶點發霉的酸甜味，蘋果酸 柑橘味 然后是那種木桶味 收口干 余味偏酸略帶一點點苦
總評 這支貴茲因為釀造的時間不長，所以相比于之前喝的那款老貴茲來說要稍微甜一些，也沒有那么酸，易飲性強了不少，但是蘭比克的風味依然非常明顯，非常平衡的一款貴茲。

復合！這就是為什么塞松和法蘭德斯紅古斯的區別，同樣是酸，酸的復雜，美！

外觀：金棕色酒體略渾濁，米色酒頭豐厚細膩，很快消散成薄而穩定的一層，掛杯消散快。
氣味：霉香、果酸香
口味：入口清爽，酒體偏輕，殺口感強，氣泡感很像香檳，酸度強勁干脆，收口微有苦度和油脂感，霉香貫徹始終。
總之，非常好喝的年輕蘭比克。
