深黑紅色不透明外觀，對光略透明，很像紅酒色澤。無泡沫。聞香一開始是木頭香氣，蜂蜜，果脯，莓果香甜氣息，猛吸氣的后段是濃烈花香，油菜花，洋槐花的感覺。香氣真是太復雜了。酒體偏厚，但黏稠度不是很高。入口是明顯的蜜甜，以及莓果的微酸，很優雅的平衡感，甜感并未達到膩的程度，可以輕松應對。

這一個就還是比較偏向正常理解的蜂蜜酒
剛入口非常高的甜度 帶著深色水果的熟悉風味
然后是蜂蜜的甜度和不少的酒精感
不過相對還是比較柔和的

前段有點兒過甜但是回味無敵了，極其飽滿的梅果，蜂蜜和花香一直縈繞口中，非常完美
