眾位家釀的愛好者們,這次大賽的訊息在前次預告發布后已經過好一陣子,想必各位每日都在摩拳擦掌、引頸期盼想知道比賽內容,我們現在就不釣胃口啦,直接公布分組名單及說明、評分方式的信息給各位。
首先要說明的是,本次大賽已經通過BJCP官方審查,成為BJCP認證的精釀啤酒大賽,詳細信息日后可在BJCP官網查看。(現有官網所載信息有誤,官方更正中。)
為提升本次大賽水平、保證比賽公平及維護參賽者權利。參賽作品將分成14個組別,每個類型不同的作品都可以在最合適的組別里比較。而評委必須使用AHA/BJCP的標準評分勾選單,把每個作品最完整的面貌記錄起來,大會賽后更會將評委填寫的回饋交給各位參賽者,使每位參賽者都能在這次比賽過程中有所收獲和成長。

Hello, every homebrewer, it has been a while since last time we released information of the competition. We know most of you cannot wait to know further. Now, we announce the Entries Categories and Score Sheet.
This time, 2016 Shanghai International Craft Beer Competition is a BJCP sanctioned competition. More information can be found in the official website. (Current information is incorrect, will be corrected.
To raising the competition level, ensuring the equality and protecting entries’ right. The entries will separate into 14 categories, and each entry will be judged in their proper group. The judges are forced to use AHA/BJCP score sheets, to record full dimension of each entry. After the competition, entries will receive the score sheet and feedbacks, to be progress in the future.
Now, start to crash your malts and brew your beer!!
